Ability to hide certain users from appearing in the list of recipients "To" of Tasks

– Affected user(s): Clinic administrators, doctors, nurses, patients, office staff.

– Task affected: The client wants to prevent the possibility of sending tasks to certain users, such as Infirmière 2 GMF for example. These users are for management and appointment taking purposes only and do not take tasks.

– Impact : The client reports that doctors are sending tasks to these users thinking they are addressing nurses, so there are pending tasks since 2021.

– Current state Tasks are sent to users who do not handle tasks, thus tasks sent are not completed.
