List of notes created on days that the patient didn't have an appointment

REPORTING:

Request to create a board in REPORTING tab to have a list of all the notes that were created on days that the patient didn't have an appointment in CALENDAR

Examples (fake):

Nurse see patient on March 15th and creates a note in his file

Nurse calls the patient on March 20th and creates a note, but doesn't add the call to her calendar

They want to see the note from March 20th in the list

Dr sees a patient on March 15th, there's an issue in MYLE or he has an emergency

Dr creates the note for the appointment on March 15th the next day and forget to modify the date of the note

They want to see that note in the list
