Change the appointments notes language when the user changes MYLE language

If we have X language selected before creating an appointment or editing an appointment, a note added to the patient's appointment will be in language X.

If after the appointment has been created/edited, we change the language X to Y. Then the notes will stay in the X language

Steps to reproduce

1. Open MYLE

2. Create an appointment

3. Change the language selected

4. Edit the appoitnment (Change the status, time, anything)

5. Open the appoitnment information

Then the user will see a mix of languages in the notes.
