Allow many users to simultaneously modify a clinical note without risking losing information.

Many users often go and modify a note without knowing that another user is currently modifying it.

Resulting in a User overwriting the information of another one.

And this wastes a lot of time for the clinic to actually rewrite the missing information and sometimes contact the patient for more info.

Else they contact support, and it takes us also time to retrieve the lost info especially if we have to escalate it to a dev.

Clients want from MYLE to allow multiple users to modify a clinical note without the risk of losing information.

And if that's not possible, client suggest blocking a user from modifying a note if another one is already modifying it or at least putting an alert to inform the user that another person is modifying the note.
