Notify users if they are attaching a document using the same information twice

DOCUMENTS:

When a user enters the same information in the sections:

• Patient

• Responsible Providers

• Class

• Sites

• Description

• Document Date

Users would like a pop up to appear after they click on "Attach" to inform them that the information is already in the file and have an option "Attach Anyway" so they can complete the procedure if needed or close the pop up and inform his/her colleague that the document is already in the file
