Sync appointments to the HUB for patients without a NAM/or using a representative NAM

Presently, any appointment made for a patient that either does not have a NAM, or is using the NAM of a representative(ie young children), the appointment does not sync the information to the HUB and the HUB mention in the Calendar remains black as the appointment is unable to sync and the appointment information is unable to be viewed by Petal.
