Consultation Request Optimization - Specialty

The specialty field in the consultation request currently does not serve any purpose other than labeling the referral. it also confuses doctors who think the recipient list is adjusted based on the specialty selected and may show only doctors practicing in this specialty. As it is a mandatory field, doctors need to enter the specialty and re-enter it in the recipient list to find the right referring MD.
