Many physicians write SOAP notes, (Symptoms, Observations, Assessment, Plan) and do not like or find useful many of the fields within the MYLE clinical note, so the ability to customize, hide, or re-order the fields would be helpful. Additionally, some of the wording is confuzing and not standard, so when sending copies of clinical notes to specialists, the third party can be confused. (Example: History of Present Illness = Symptoms, in most cases)
Many physicians have requested being able to change the name/order of the fields within the clinical note.
Additionally, many other users of MYLE, such as Social Workers, nurses, or those with sub-specialties don't use the same wording as the standard physician clinical notes, so this would increase access for them considerably.

Suggestion for this feature: allow users to also choose what they want displayed in the note when they fax/print it
Requested by CCRS - they mentioned that the way the note is displayed when faxing it is not accurate to specialists practice (ex: they need the CPP shown in the note, but they don't need requests or communications to be shown at the bottom)
