Display the PLAN section in the old notes in more visible way

When reviewing notes, the MD are used to go directly to their FOLLOW UP AND PLAN section, targeting what they summ up, and decided last time.

Actually, this section is too much written like the others, and it's hard to directly find it, or read it effortless.

As you can see in the picture, when there is multiple medication, request... the plan is at the bottom, making hard the whole understanding of the file.

If the plan could be more visible (ie in bold - bigger font - highlited or just in a grey section behind) it could be a eye focus for practitionners.)

I just draw a grey transparency background over the section and it makes it more visible.
