Being able to send a task from Consult/Exam Requests

Similarly to how we are able to send a task from a document or result with the item already attached, physicians would like to be able to send a task from a consultation or exam request with the items attached. Oftentimes, the physicians are not the ones actually faxing out the consult request due to needing a certain document/result/etc. that they may not have time to locate, so they are sending tasks for their secretaries/MOAs to gather items and fax it for them.

The current process would be to create the consult request, save/close it, click + Task, write the task, attach a document, find the consult and attach it > send

The ideal process would be to create the consult request, click + task, write it, > send. This cuts out about 3 steps.
