The standard default for prescribing medications is 30 days, however there are often physicians who prescribe on a basis of 90 days at a time, etc, and having the ability to set a default quantity, similar to how we can set a default # of refills, would be extremely useful. Ideally, this default could be either # of days, or quantity, or # of months.
