Hide Appointment Duration for email and sms Notification/Confirmation Merged

for some clinics the appointment duration accounts for patient time to arrive to the clinic, check in, vitals/urine screening. But, because the duration is on the appointment some patients are feeling entitled to stay for the full duration of the appointment. which is putting the physician behind.


the clinics have tried adding a "buffer" service prior to the appts but then the patients arrive for the screening and complain that its too long to see the dr.

    Also requested by Cliniques Lacroix, a private médical clinic.

    As per the client : We are offering a consultation service, not a specific duration. If the duration is displayed for the patient to see, they anticipate that patients will make complaints.
