24 HR Appointment Cancellation Option

Many clients would like the option for patients to cancel their appointment 24 hours prior to the appts. As opposed to the 48 / 72 options.

Hide weekends from Calendar view

When viewing the calender in weekly or monthly view, allow users the option to hide weekends for clinics that do not operate during weekends. This allows more room to view details in the schedule. Requested by optima.
