Private Billing: Change the format of the bills

Users would to change the format of the private bills for something similar to this example (see screenshot) where they can add their clinic's logo and each section is separated and clear.

User's would like to receive notifications directly in MYLE when a technical issue is reported.

This would permit users to be notified immediately, without them having to check the MYLE status page or their emails, as most doctors do not check their emails while they are seeing patients.
