Long term medication label have a preceeding line break so it shows on a different row entirely

Ability to print the "general instructions" section of a prescription when the note is printed.

We received a message from Dr. Laurence Chamberland of "gmfmtlest" asking us to add the option because if she has to print a note for medico-legal reasons, she needs her instructions to be visible.(See attachments)
