Drag and Drop in Calendar appointment

Users would like the ability to drag and drop an appointment on the calendar to adjust the booking time slightly, for example, changing it from 10:30 to 10:45, instead of manually opening the appointment window and adjusting the time.

Doctors with heavy cases follow-up would like to be able to start frhom previous note they made (copying it and being able to adjust/correct parts of it instead of re-writing everything)

Disable the possibility for providers to view other sites in Calendar if they don't have the permissions to those sites in their MYLE Profile

Ability for a clinic to have a default cover that is automatically added as the first page of every outgoing fax.

This would save some time as users currently have to add the cover page manually.
