Automatically cancel upcoming appointments when patient is deceased

Request from RFP. Want the status of the appointment to change when the status of the patient changes. Ex: patient is marked as deceased = upcoming appointments are cancelled.

Add a green check mark on faxed documents

Dr Maurice from "gmf3lacs" would like a green checkmark to be added to all documents that have already been faxed. Currently, in MYLE it is not possible to know if a document has been faxed or not. Many doctors fax documents multiple times.

Consultation requests: Users would to have the ability to share requests to the patient portal without the physician having to sign it first.

Results: Doctors do not want to be notified when a result is in progress.

Dr Champoux does not want to be bothered when a result is in progress. He does not understand why we would notify him if the results have not been received. Please see attached screen capture to illustrate what he is talking about.
