Pop Out Results With Scrolling

While writing clinical notes, it'd be useful to be able to have the results on the second screen in a scrollable view, similar to how the second screen works for viewing clinical notes right now.

Remove "Actions" from Results for Clinics that do not use this feature

Currently, the "Actions" on results confuse users, as they do not go anywhere helpful, and they are instead sending tasks. Users would like the "Actions" pop up removed so that they do not accidentally create them, thinking they are tasks.
