Confirmation prompt when deleting a memo

There is not way to retreive a memo once it has been deleted. Sometimes, memo contains important info. When deleting a memo, have a confirmation message "are you sure you want to proceed? This action can't be undone"

External Consultant show in banner

Many of the UPCC's or Specialists are not the patient Family Doctor. However, they are the main treating physician within the clinic. Having the External Consultation display in the banner would be helpful for Urgent Care and Specialist references.
