Add Mark as UNREAD for Labs

Sometimes, MD let the labs in their inbox, but as they read, it eliminates the counter. As on messages and task, we have the button MARK AS UNREAD, could be a good habit for them to get the same behaviour.

Give user's the ability to modify a previously sent message in the messaging tab of the patient's history.

The client who is requesting this, would like to be able to correct mistakes when they are made in the messages shared with other professionals in this section. Not sure if that would be permissible on a medico-legal standpoint.
