Scanning: Display large preview with possibility to move window to a second screen

When opening scanning module, the pdf preview is small. The possibility to open a bigger page is there, though it's only for one page. It would be good to open in a large window the whole doc. This window could be movable to another display screen.

Enable clinics to receive inbound faxes in MYLE to be sorted to the appropriate patient file. Feature available in ON, BC.

Will need to resolve bugs if minimum resolution for MYLE: 1440x900 Redesign needed if their Tablets are not 1440x900
