Choice of country when creating a new patient file

Choice of countries limited to: Canada, Mexico, USA, Colombia. It makes the task of creating patient from other countries profiles difficult and inaccurate. The client asks for a drop-down menu or a blank space to enter the data manually.

A pop up to warn a user if he is adding written notes to a patient file that has them already to prevent doubles.

Prevents having the same written notes scanned more than once, and therefore prevents having doubles of the same notes in a patient file. Would save clinic staff some time.

Including the name of the referring physician in the billing would be very useful for specialists. Kinlogix has this option. Otherwise clients would have to go back to the patient's file to see who referred the patient and their license number.
