Some client who are not enrolled to the RAMQ, will appreciate being able to see the starred treating staff, when they search for a patient and select Show Advanced Search Results,

In the exam request, the option "Hide from CDP" to be disabled by default

Some users need the exam request to appear in the CPP every time, but the ugly forget to disable the option "Hide from CDP" . So it will be helpful if the box is unchecked by default.

Display Creatinine Clearance on prescription screen
