Leaving the status of new recalls empty by default

When creating a new recall, the status is already "Appointment booked" by default. The client would like the status to remain empty, because there is a risk of mistake.

Presently it is not possible to blur the surroundings/background when on a telemed appointment. This feature already exists with programs like Teams and Skype, and the addition of this would add to the privacy of both the doctor and the patient.
