External Communications: Users would like to be able to separate a pdf document, imported from an external communication, to create several separate pdf documents.

Users often received all the patient's documents merged into one, and they would like to be able to divide it into separate documents, once imported into the patient file.

Reporting: Users would like to be able to access a report displaying the proportion of appointments made from the portal.
