Document scanning - Add "attach + fax" button

– Affected user(s): Anyone who takes care of scanning paper documents at the clinic

– Task affected: Batch scanning/faxing documents

– Impact : This would make the workflow more efficient, by not having the user have to attach, then fax a document. It could be done in one smooth motion.

– Current state Users have to attach a document to a file, open the patient file, and fax it from there.
