Currently, the search bar doesn't allow us to fine search information. If we enter information, the search will collect the possible results from all the different columns/categories in the list making it more work for the users to fine search a specific information/result.

MOAs like to have a filter function on the menu bar of PA screen. Therefore, they can sort it out or filter upon the service type.
e.g. MOAs need to call in-office patients viewing PA page. However, currently it shows all appointments so they see everything whether that is phone visit, or just memo or other services.
