Adding a note after saving the billing in Private Billing

Affected users: anyone creating a private bill and trying to add a note after saving e.g. adding cheque number etc

Task affected Patient File>History>Private Billing>NewBill -> after creating a bill->click Save

Impact: After creating a private billing, users will be able to add a note (e.g. cheque number or partial payment records or anything the users want to keep a note related to the private billing.

Currently in MYLE: Users can add a note in the moment of bill creation but after SAVE, users cannot add a note on the bill.

Consideration of competition: Unsure

Suggestion: If no need to present the note on the invoice(private billing), Add Note (like remark) would be a good way of allowing this function.
