To add a Cover Page to ensure confidentiality
To add a slot in the cover page where the sender can add a little message
Within Portfolio in MYLE EMR, to be sure we can see the fax that was sent along with the coverpage because clinics are still responsible legally for the content written on the coverpage.
Wesley: Will use SR-Fax's available API to call their cover page. No 'customizable' letterhead on coversheet at this time. but they can enter a short text into the cover page

Requested by Endocrinologie Oasis: to be able to add a cover page to any sections (incoming faxes, requests, forms, prescriptions, consultation notes, etc.)
Similar to "Return to Sender" it would be very helpful to have a textbox within the Printer Icon to send to [x] recipient
Even better add a pressetting Cover Page with all fields.
Since SR-Fax is TKO - We would NEED a customizable letterhead for EACH SITE.
Coversheet should be an option to add to ANY outgoing fax.
