DOCUMENTS: Ability to delete a file (attachment) from a document after the document has been attached.

Currently: Users can move the documents from the patients file to a test file / '' trash '' file in their environment. Admin users can revoke the approbation to edit necessary items without needing the help of Support. With that said, we cannot remove the attachment itself from the document.

Improvement: Ability for admin users to delete the file itself from the document.

Reasoning: Some patients may provide sensitive pictures or documents necessary to their current conditions but will then wish for those pictures to be inaccessible / non-visible going forward. The clinic (hmc) would appreciate the option to respect the privacy of these patients and, while leaving a trace of the document, be able to remove the picture / file attached to protect the privacy of their patients.
