Restrict access to patient information when not present in the clinic

Once their account permissions are given, users can access anything they have access to in MYLE from anywhere.

To clarify:
The client would like to be able to implement measures that when a user accesses MYLE from a physical location that is not the clinic, that the user would be unable to access patient information.
