Improve the Patient portal – Accounts management (BC) dashboard to show the total of patients that do not have any portal account

– Affected user(s): Any user with the Reporting tab, MOAs

– Task affected: Using the Reporting tab

– Impact : It would help MOAs to determine the percentage of patients that do not have a portal account yet. They want to drive up portal adoption.

– Current state Users need to see the total of patients in a separate dashboard (List of patients) and then compare the numbers with the Patient portal – Accounts management dashboard.
