Ability to sign a private bill directly into MYLE after closing

– Task affected: Creating and closing a private bill to send to the patient

– Impact : It would save a lot of time and make use of the electronic signature in MYLE

– Current state User needs to print the bill, open it it Adobe, sign it, save it again, and add it back to the patient file with the signature
