Communications: Ability to organize by month

– Task affected: The customer would like to be able to organize communications Outlook-style, by dragging and dropping messages/reminders/tasks into an annual calendar, in order to drag tasks into the corresponding month. The Annual Calendar should list the months from January to December. The customer will then put the tasks in the corresponding month to organize them. The current situation is heavy on the eyes, according to the customer.

– Impact : The improvement would help the MOAs organize and work efficiently.

– Current state No alternative. The communications are in a single list.
