Appointment notification - explicitly mention the day of the week

Affected users: MOAs and health professionals.

Task affected: The client would like to have the day of the week explicitly mentioned in the appointment notifications sent to the patients instead of the date alone. For example, "Wednesday March 23 2025 11:45 PM" instead of "March 23, 2025 11:45 PM".

Impact: This will reduce mistakes by patients and no shows.
