Services - Possibility to use custom release time for availabilities

• This would mostly impact MOAs as they are the one opening schedules but could profit clinics as a whole.

• While this specific instance is rather limited, it can impact any clinic that uses the portal and wishes to use custom release times for availabilities.

Task affected:

• In the case of the reporter, releasing P4 and P5 availabilities, but really any schedule opening to be available online.

Impact:

• While this does not save time per say, it would allow clinics to have a better control of their schedule and how they want their availabilities to release.

Current state:

• The user currently works with the limitations of the HUB, but would prefer being able to select the proper release
