Ability to remove all time limit to Cancel appointment from patient side, below 48h before appointment (for exemple even 2-1h before appointment) Merged

Currently, below 48h before appointment, only way to cancel is to call clinic, user would love to have an option to have no time restriction to cancel appointment, for example ability to cancel app 2h-1h or 15 min before appointment to be an option too.
