Add an option in the settings to put the consent text at the end of the note

Current state The user would like to have the option in the settings to put the text at the end of the optional note (as with Plume) “This note was generated by CoeurWay's AI with conversational dictation without patient recording and verified by the professional”. For now, they need= to remove it manually if necessary
