Appointment event chronologie status update lacking information (when moving date or changing user of appointment, no way to tell)

Client would like to have more info and details on the chronology of event in an Appointment. For example, right now;

1. When changing dates of an appointment, there is no trace of when was the appointment beforehand

2. When changing the clinician of the appointment, there is no trace of which clinician was on that appointment beforehand

3. only way right now is to use cut-paste / copy-paste for the date of an appointment tracking, but then again, the cut-copy/paste from on clinician to another, will not include the previous clinician
