Appointment notifications - notify user(s) when a patient doesn't receive their notification (bounced email address for example)

Affected user(s):

• Mostly MOAs but really anyone who books appointments for patients

Task affected:

• Optimizing schedules/appointments

Impact:

• It would prevent no shows

Current state:

• Users have no real way to know that a patient wasn't notified about their appointment, besides looking at appointment notes manually for no reason, which isn't feasible in the grand scheme of things.
