Booking an appointment internally from the Calendar, on an empty field (white part) next to a Service block availability online is (grey box), will keep the availability online/won't null the availability, which would yield to double booking.
This same manoeuvre does not happen with a Schedule Ruling blocks.
(we underlined that to internally add an appointment where a Service is already, it is best to click on the Service and add patient name there to actually overwrite the Availability to avoid any double-booking)
But client wishes to still have this looked where if a personnel adds an appointment using the white part of the calendar, any other availability should be removed from portal automatically, regardless weither schedule ruling or service.
