Ability to attach files that exceed 100MB maximum size allowed

Task affected: Attaching previous records to the patient's chart.

Impact: The client thinks the file size allowed to attach to charts should be increased. She often receives previous records which can be 600 pages or more, but they can’t link to chart because the file size that can be loaded is 100MB. She would like to increase the maximum file size.

Current state: No alternative.
