ADMINISTRATION / CALENDAR: Add an option, when modifying a service in Services / Combos, to push those changes to the service instances already published in schedules. This would allow users to avoid having to manually update each schedule individually when an immediate change is required.

Updating schedules in MYLE after modifying a service in ADMINISTRATION.

Impact:
Significant time required to manually update each schedule individually.

Current State:
When the parameters of a service already added to calendars are modified, administrators must manually redo each affected schedule one by one. There is no option to automatically apply the updated service configuration to existing schedules.
