Schedule templates to not be limited by set time, allowing drag and drop

If Scheduling templates were not limited by time. At the moment the scheduling templates are created by choosing a time window. This causes the user to create multiple templates for complex clinics.

For example- A Provider works 9-5 Monday but works 10-6 Tuesday, and different times on other days but still work 8 hours. Right now they would have to create templates for 9 to 5, and 10 to 6 and other variations etc. If it was possible to simply build a 8 hour template that could be easily applied to any 8 hour time, 9-5 or 10-6 or 8-4 or 7-3 etc, instead of creating each of these
