Patient chart - Ability to set the Preferred Phone number when creating the chart

Affected users: Users creating new patient charts.
Task affected: Defining the Preferred Phone number for the patient.
Impact: When creating the patient chart, the client would like that checking the Notification box for the "Personal-Cell" number also set it as the Preferred Phone number for the patient. This action will be valuable when contacting the patient.
Current state: The client has to finish creating the patient chart, then open it and set the Preferred Number.
