TASKS - Implement a direct "Create Appointment" shortcut from the Task management interface

Affected users: All MYLE users who manage follow-ups via tasks, primarily nurses (RN), administrative staff (MOA), and clinicians.

Task affected: Transitioning from task completion to activity logging. Specifically, when a task requires a clinical or administrative action that must be recorded in the calendar for statistical and scheduling purposes.

Impact: Significant productivity loss due to high-frequency manual data entry. Currently, users must perform multiple context switches, leading to potential data entry errors and fragmented workflows.

Current state: Users must manually leave the task, open the Calendar module, re-apply filters (provider/site), locate an available time slot, and manually re-enter patient information to create the appointment.
