Task affected: General patient data extraction. The current "Reporting" tab is deemed too complex or inadequate for urgent, specific filtering. The user is looking for an easily accessible button or a simplified shortcut (potentially anywhere in the main interface or patient list section) to pull this data instantly.
Impact: Low frequency (about once a year), but extremely high stakes. When an emergency occurs, the clinic loses critical time trying to configure a proper report, increasing the risk of missing vulnerable patients (e.g., patients over 65, under 5, or seniors living alone) who need immediate contact.
Current state: They currently use the standard reporting tool, but the process is cumbersome, imperfect, and not optimized for quick emergency response.
