Private billing - Having an invoice in two files (group or couple consultation)

This clinic does private billing and they do group and couple consultations. They need to produce bills that are in both files and would like to have the option to have the two clients in the same bill.

As of now, I suggested inputting the other client's info in the Notes section of the bill. However, the bill will remain in one person's file
