Option to batch manage patient notifications when booking recurring appointments

Affected users: Medical Office Assistants (MOA) booking recurring appointments for patients.

Task affected: Calendar module, during the creation and setup of recurring appointment series.

Impact: Low productivity impact, but high risk of patient confusion caused by receiving a high volume of instant notification messages for every single booked occurrence in a recurring series.

Current state: MOAs must manually deactivate notifications before creating the recurring appointment series, and then manually re-enable notifications on each individual appointment afterwards so that patients still receive future reminders.
