Private Billing - Transactions Payment Methods Separated Quickly & Providing Totals

– Affected user(s): MOAs and admins who do the accounting at the end of the day (url: cdm, 100% private clinic)

– Task affected: Doing the accounting at the end of the day. In Medesync there is a button to export quickly all bills (money received) throughout the day with all payment methods, and a total for each payment method (visa, mastercard, etc). The clinic can then calculate quickly if the payments received through their payment machine matches the amounts in MYLE

– Impact : Right now, a user would have to extract multiple list by playing with the dented wheel in MYLE, or extract a full list from the Transactions report and then manipulate the csv file in order to clasify + calculate amounts for each payment type.

– Current state: More manual work is needed compared to one click in Medesync
